In cases involving non-citizens defendants, we have successfully negotiated dispositions that permit those clients to avoid deportation, even in serious drug cases, outcomes that are especially difficult, given the draconian immigration climate that exists today. We have also achieved similar results in a multitude of cases charging a wide variety of criminal conduct.
